We want you to be happy with every purchase you make from our company. If you are not satisfied with anything you buy from us you may return it within 30 days for a prompt refund or exchange.
If you smoke any of our cigars and are not satisfied with them, return them for a refund of the purchase price less the value of the cigars you tried.
We guarantee accessories for 30 days. Manufacturer’s warranties apply beyond 30 days.
Any returned item must be sent back in its original package, box or bundle. Pipes that have been smoked are not returnable. Shipping charges are not refundable.
