The Oliva family traces their roots back to Grandfather Melanio Oliva who began growing tobacco in the Pinar Del Rio region of Cuba in the 1880’s. With warehouses full of fine tobaccos from every growing region in Nicaragua, they have the ability, knowledge and desire to make wonderful cigars. A medium to full-bodied Nicaraguan Puro, Serie O is made in the original Cuban tradition of growing the same seed in diverse regions of the country, which each producing their own distinct flavor. This blend is achieved by growing Habano tobacco in Estelí, Condega and the Jalapa Valley.
